Our Medisoft Technical Support call center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST. We can be reached during those times at (888) 746-0399 or if you have annual support you can use our web portal to open a ticket online at anytime from anywhere. 

When you call our office we believe that you deserve to speak with a person and not an automated machine. For this reason, most of the time you call our office you will speak with our front desk receptionist who will direct your call to the appropriate department and open support tickets if the support team is already on the phone. 

The members of the support department are committed to returning your support call as soon as possible because we understand how important it is to a medical office that the software you depend on is functioning as well as the day it was first installed. Our support team will return your call within 1 business day from the time that the ticket is opened. If your site is down and cannot work your call will be worked immediately.

We currently offer Monthly, Unlimited Quarterly and Unlimited Annual Support for Medisoft Practice Management and  Unlimited Annual Support for Medisoft Clinical EHR.
